Vladimir S. Spiegelman, MD, PhD
Associate Professor

Research Area: Cancer. Signal Transduction. Mechanisms that govern the turnover of short-lived mRNAs that encode important tumorigenesis regulators (for example, mRNA of b- transducin repeat-containing proteins, b-TrCP1) and the implications of this turnover in signal transduction, embryogenesis, and in tumor development, with major emphasis on skin, colorectal, breast, and prostate carcinogenesis.
